How a shipment is actually run

Every consignment above follows the same sequence. It is deliberately unglamorous — the point is that it repeats.

1. Spec is fixed in writingThickness, size, core, face, bonding and quantity confirmed against your application before anything is quoted. Ambiguity here is what turns into a rejected container later.
2. Quotation and proformaA written quote against that spec, then a proforma invoice. Payment is 50% advance with the balance before dispatch.
3. Production to the spec sheetPanels made to the agreed construction. Repeat orders are built to the same specification sheet, so batch two matches batch one.
4. Inspection and loading planDimensions and moisture checked before loading. Dense panels weigh out before they cube out, so the sheet count is worked back from the container payload limit rather than its volume.
5. Treatment and documentsISPM-15 heat treatment and stamping where solid wood is involved, with certificates issued at dispatch alongside the technical data sheet.
6. DispatchTruckload across India, or FOB Cochin and Vallarpadam ICTT for export.

What we can and cannot show you

Sectors, specifications and destinations on this page are real. Customer names are withheld deliberately — buyers in these trades do not want their supply arrangements published, and we would extend you the same discretion.

  • Ask and we will talk you through a comparable shipment in your sector in detail.
  • Technical data sheets for any grade are available on request.
  • Chargeable samples can be sent before you commit to a container.
  • Visits to the Perumbavoor operation are welcome by appointment.
