How many pours does film-faced shuttering plywood last?

What film weight do you supply?
120–220 gsm phenolic film on both faces — heavier film for more re-uses and a finer concrete finish.
What thickness and sizes?
12, 15, 18, 21 and 25 mm at 1220 × 2440 mm (and custom). 12 mm and 18 mm are the most common for slab and wall forms.
Is shuttering plywood the same as container flooring?
No. Shuttering is formwork for concrete; container flooring is a denser, anti-slip board made for container floors. See container flooring →
What film and core do you use for shuttering plywood?
A phenolic-film face over a hardwood core (rubberwood or eucalyptus) with an exterior glue line, giving a smooth concrete finish and repeat use.
