Chequered Anti-Skid Plywood · UF or PF grade
Anti-skid plywood. Grip underfoot.
Textured plywood for vehicle floors, ramps and walkways, with separate UF and PF glue choices. Tell us the load and exposure so the quotation specifies the right construction.

Specification
The spec sheet, in full.
The surface pattern and glue grade are separate choices. A chequered face does not make every panel waterproof; select UF or PF explicitly.

Why this board
Choose the bond as well as the surface.
Textured working face
Specify the surface pattern and expected traffic. Final grip and service performance depend on the chosen surface and conditions of use.
Two distinct glue choices
UF and PF are separate constructions. Do not treat the UF option as waterproof or choose a glue grade from sheet weight alone.
Container loads, FOB Cochin
Supplied to bus and trailer builders, scaffold firms and container yards abroad — board after board.
Questions buyers ask
Chequered anti-skid plywood, answered.
What is chequered anti-skid plywood?
Plywood with a textured working surface for applications where grip is needed. We offer separate UF and PF glue choices; the surface pattern does not by itself establish water resistance or load capacity.
How do the UF and PF versions differ?
UF means urea-formaldehyde glue and PF means phenol-formaldehyde glue. UF enquiries include bus floors, light vehicle decks and indoor ramps; PF enquiries include heavy truck or trailer floors, industrial ramps and walkways. Describe the load and moisture exposure so the sales desk can confirm suitability.
What thicknesses and weights can I request?
UF options are 12 mm at 24, 30 or 34 kg; 16 mm at 38 kg; and 18 mm at 40 or 45 kg. PF options are 12 mm at 30 or 34 kg; 16 mm at 38 kg; and 18 mm at 40 or 45 kg. These are nominal weights per 8 × 4 ft sheet, subject to quotation. A 50 kg enquiry requires separate thickness and glue confirmation.
How is it different from container flooring plywood?
Container flooring is a separate 28 mm, nominal 65 kg product with grooved and ungrooved choices. A chequered surface is not the same as a groove, and the panel must suit the floor design. See container flooring →
What sheet size and minimum order apply?
The manufactured sheet size is 8 × 4 ft (2440 × 1220 mm) only. Within India we load a full truckload ex-factory from Perumbavoor; for export, one 20 ft or 40 ft container FOB Cochin Port. Part-loads and LCL consolidation are available where the route and quantity allow, confirmed on the quote.
