Are your ISPM-15 certificates USFDA-acceptable?
ISPM-15 concerns regulated solid-wood packaging, not USFDA or EMA product approval. We supply IPPC treatment marking and, where the destination requires it, a phytosanitary certificate; pharmaceutical and import requirements are for the buyer to confirm. Original certificates released to verified buyers on request.
Can you supply low-moisture ply for vaccines or aerospace?
Plywood for these uses ships at 15% moisture or below at dispatch. A tighter target can be quoted where you specify it, and any validation requirement must be agreed and evidenced for that batch. Specify moisture target — we will document it on the cert.
Can you deliver to ICD Sanathnagar?
Yes. ICD Sanathnagar (CONCOR's South-Central zone hub, 3,000-TEU stack) is a delivery point we serve. Transit time from Kochi is confirmed at quotation; stuffing can be timed to your rail schedule.
Is the wood ISPM-15 compliant for export?
Export pallets and crates are treated and IPPC-stamped to ISPM-15, with phytosanitary documentation for the destination country.
